Dispute Resolution Policy
How StudyProHub handles internal dispute review, mediation, and unresolved claims.
1. Internal Resolution
- Direct communication between relevant parties where appropriate
- Platform mediation after submission of a dispute request
- Formal management review when necessary
2. Student-Instructor Disputes
Common issues may include course quality concerns, scheduling conflicts, communication problems, or grading disputes.
- Course transfer
- Partial refund where applicable
- Make-up sessions
- Re-evaluation
3. Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties may be required to proceed through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law. The location of formal proceedings, if required, will be Texas unless another venue is legally required.
4. Exceptions
- Small claims court where permitted
- Injunctive relief for intellectual property violations
- Class action waiver to the extent enforceable
