Refund Policy
The standards for refunds, cancellations, returns, and replacements for digital products, courses, and printed books.
1. Digital Products and Courses
Digital products and course refunds may be considered when all of the following apply:
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 30% of the course completed
- No downloadable materials accessed
1A. Order Review and Failed Fulfillment
Some orders are reviewed before account access or download links are released. We aim to complete review within 1 business day. If we cannot fulfill or approve an order, we will notify the customer and refund the amount paid for the affected item to the original payment method.
2. Paperback Cancellation and Returns
- Paperback orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@studyprohub.com with the order number.
- Unopened, unused paperback books may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund and instructions for returning the item.
4. Partial Refund Considerations
- Technical issues preventing reasonable access
- Instructor unavailability
- Course significantly not as described
5. No Refund Scenarios
- After 7 days or after 30% completion
- Downloadable materials accessed
- Live sessions attended
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Paperback items returned used, marked, or damaged after delivery
6. Refund Process
- Submit the request to info@studyprohub.com
- Include the order number and reason
- Review typically completed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
7. Order Cancellations
- Digital access may be cancelled only under the digital refund rules above.
- Paperback cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch where possible.
- Mixed orders may receive separate digital and paperback refund decisions based on the status of each item.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
