StudyProHub provides online ESL learning services connecting students with instructors through virtual classrooms, educational materials, and learning management tools.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must be 18 or older, or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain password confidentiality
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • One account per person

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Complete purchases as agreed
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Engage respectfully with instructors
  • Complete coursework honestly
  • Do not share login credentials

5. Order Terms

  • All fees are shown in the currency displayed on the platform
  • Order details must be submitted accurately
  • Prices may change with notice
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content remains the property of StudyProHub or its licensors
  • Users receive a limited license to access purchased content
  • No reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use without permission
  • User-generated content grants StudyProHub a platform-use license where applicable

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating laws or regulations
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming others
  • Sharing inappropriate content
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt services
  • Impersonating others
  • Using automated systems without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

StudyProHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where another law is required to apply.
