Instructor Agreement

1. Engagement

This agreement establishes an independent contractor relationship between StudyProHub.com and the instructor.

2. Instructor Status

• Independent contractor, not employee
• Responsible for own taxes
• No employee benefits
• Freedom to work for others
• Control over teaching methods, subject to platform standards

3. Services Provided

• Deliver high-quality ESL instruction
• Create and update course materials
• Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours
• Maintain professional standards
• Complete student assessments

4. Compensation

• Revenue share: 6% of course fees
• Payment may be issued weekly by bank transfer where applicable
• Minimum payout threshold: $500
• Invoice or required documentation may be needed
• Instructor remains responsible for taxes

5. Intellectual Property

• Instructor retains copyright to original content
• Instructor grants StudyProHub an exclusive platform license as needed to host and deliver content
• Platform materials may not be reused outside authorized terms
• Instructor warrants content is original or properly licensed

6. Quality Standards

• Maintain a minimum 4.0 rating
• Complete profile with qualifications
• Respond to platform communications
• Participate in quality reviews
• Update content regularly

7. Confidentiality

• Keep student information confidential
• Do not solicit students outside the platform without authorization
• Protect platform proprietary information
• Non-disclosure obligations survive termination

8. Term and Termination

• Agreement continues until terminated
• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice unless immediate termination is justified
• Immediate termination may occur for breach
• Ongoing courses may need completion or transition as directed

9. Indemnification

The instructor indemnifies the platform against claims arising from the instructor's services or content, to the extent permitted by law.
