1. Session Rules for Students
- Join on time
- Mute when not speaking
- Use appropriate attire where video is required
- Do not record without permission
- Participate respectfully
2. Session Rules for Instructors
- Start sessions promptly
- Maintain professional presentation
- Provide clear audio and video quality
- Prepare lesson materials in advance
- Use session recording only where agreed
3. Technical Requirements
- Minimum 5 Mbps internet connection
- HD webcam recommended
- Headset with microphone recommended
- Updated browser or app
- Quiet environment
4. Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required where possible
- Emergency exceptions may be considered
- Two no-shows may trigger course review
- Make-up policies may vary by course
5. Recording Policy
- Consent required from all relevant parties
- Recordings retained for review purposes only
- Recordings retained for up to 30 days unless otherwise required
- No external distribution without authorization
